New items in the Lambic menu!

event illustration

In addition to the changes in Lambic Beer Atlas, we have carried out a small but important update to the main Lambic menu!
The section of Belgian potato waffles has been replenished with a new taste — with beef jerky bresaola and baked eggplant.
Also, due to multiple requests, we returned to menu poke in three variations: with tuna, salmon or a mix of two kinds of fish. Back on the menu and thick, rich goulash soup according to traditional Hungarian recipe.

We look forward to guests trying and evaluating new items, and very soon we will launch a meat festival in Lambic, stay tuned for the news!

We couldn't miss the Belgian Beer Weekend, one of Belgium's many festivals dedicated to beer and brewing, which has been held in Brussels in early September on the city's main square, Grand Place, since 1998.  Celebrating the weekend seemed too easy for us, so we'll be celebrating all week long! From September 6 to 15, take part in our raffle and get a chance to win one of 10 certificates to Lambic restaurant with a nominal value of 5000 rubles!  To become a participant, go to our social networks - Telegram and banned social network @lambicrestaurant, where you will find all the conditions of participation. Don't miss the opportunity to celebrate this wonderful festival with us and share your favorite Lambic beer!  We will summarize the results of the drawing on September 17. We wish you all good luck!

Chanterelle season at Lambic!

Chanterelle season at Lambic!

We opened the long-awaited season of chanterelles at Brasserie Lambic! Try 5 author’s dishes with chanterelles in the main roles: summer vegetables salad, Belgian potato waffles with truffle cream, creamy risotto with beef brisket and pasta casareche. We have not forgotten about the invariable hit of every summer — fried potatoes with chanterelles and cottage cheese cream — a big recommendation from the whole Lambic team! We also recommend the kataifi dough millefeuille with seasonal berries and fruits. It doesn’t have chanterelles in it, but it’s delicious too! As drinks we can safely take sangria on white or red wine and cocktails: blueberry-violet with gin or peach-jasmine with rum. Combine with chanterelles on the sunny verandas of Lambic!
